Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
Chimichurri is a lively South American sauce bursting with fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, and a hint of red pepper flakes. This versatile condiment enhances grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables, infusing each bite with invigorating flavors and a touch of acidity.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ of a small jalapeño pepper
- ½ cup firmly packed fresh parsley
- ½ cup firmly packed fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp white or rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2-3 limes)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Chop all ingredients finely and mix to combine or grind in a food processor.
