TruFlavor Seasonings is proudly produced at the Stony Brook Incubator, Calverton, NY.
While we ship from our home base, all products are made in a certified commercial and gluten free facility.

Protecting the environment is important to us here at Tru Flavor Seasonings. We care about the planet, so our seasonings are packaged using eco-conscious materials that reduce waste.
- Glass Jars: Durable and reusable, paired with black dual flapper lids featuring three dispensing holes and a heat induction liner for a secure, tamper-evident seal.
- Kraft Pouches: Made from recycled Japanese kraft paper with a clear window, food-safe interior, resealable zip closure, and heat-sealable top for freshness and convenience.
All packaging is BPA-free and FDA compliant, combining sustainability with quality.

My Story
My brand story is one of passion, determination, and the transformative power of food. Growing up in Cienfuegos, Cuba, I developed a love for cooking and entertaining at an early age. Food was at the heart of every gathering, and I learned the art of creating flavorful dishes that brought people together. After moving to the US and gaining experience in the food industry, I founded TruFlavor Seasonings to fulfill my dream of sharing my culinary creations with the world.
My personal journey took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease. My endocrinologist recommended thyroid ablation due to extremely elevated T3 and T4 levels and a TSH of 0.0. Instead of following that path, I turned to diet and lifestyle changes inspired by The Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers, MD. Within three months of adopting this diet, my thyroid function returned to normal—a testament to the impact of clean, organic ingredients and the importance of what we put into our bodies. This experience deepened my commitment to crafting seasonings made with high-quality, chemical-free, and pesticide-free ingredients.
Today, TruFlavor Seasonings reflects my journey and my values. I craft carefully blended Seasoning Blends that capture the vibrant flavors of my native Cuba and other cuisines from around the world. My mission is to make cooking quick, delicious, and easy for busy families, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters are delighted with every meal.
