Ingredients
1 lb of Chicken, Cleaned and dried to remove excess moisture.
1 Tbsp Cuban Grilled Chicken or Spicy Cuban Grilled Chicken
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
Directions
Mix ingredients in bowl before adding chicken.
Marinate on counter for at least 20 minutes before cooking and up to overnight in fridge.
Discard excess marinade and Grill.
TIPS!!!
* Try it pan fried as a rub ( for this you will only need about 1/2- 3/4 Tbsp per pound of seasoning).
* Make sure you pat dry the chicken thoroughly so the chicken absorbs the marinade.
* Cold meats will NOT cook evenly. Let the chicken rest on counter for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
* Excellent seasoning to use on all chicken applications but also great on any type of meat, fish vegetables, salads and more!
