Recipe for 2 pounds of steak.
Mix 2 Tbsp Steak Blend with
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
2 Tbsp Olive Oil ( only needed for lean cuts of meat)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then add the steak.
Marinate on counter for 30 minutes prior to grilling. discard excess marinade.
Pat dry your meat so it can better absorb the marinade.
Meat that is cooked cold will not cook even. Always leave your steak to rest on counter for 30 minutes before cooking.
If pan frying instead of grilling, use half the ingredients and discard excess marinade.
