Recipe for 2 pounds of steak.
Mix 2 Tbsp Steak Blend with
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
2 Tbsp Olive Oil ( only needed for lean cuts of meat)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then add the steak.
Marinate on counter for 30 minutes prior to grilling. discard excess marinade.
TIPS!!!
1- Pat dry your meat so it can better absorb the marinade.
2- Meat that is cooked cold will not cook even. Always leave your steak to rest on counter for 30 minutes before cooking.
3- If pan frying instead of grilling, use half the ingredients and discard excess marinade.
4- Marinade works best for tougher cuts of meats, for fattier cuts use as a dry rub.
