Caribbean Jerk Marinade Recipe

Caribbean Fire Jerk Seasoning recipe is here to spice up your summer cooking!

 

For every 1-1.5 Lb's of Chicken or other protein:

 

Mix in a bowl:

 

2 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk or Caribbean Fyah Jerk Blend

1 Tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce or (coconut aminos for soy free)

 

Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours or up to overnight in the fridge.

Discard excess Marinade.

Bake or grill.
