INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, mix together the seasoning blend, oil, and soy sauce (or coconut aminos) to create a thick marinade.
  2. Pat chicken dry, then coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Cooking Options:

Grill (Medium Heat): Grill bone-in chicken for 35–45 minutes, turning occasionally and covering the grill to retain heat. Use a meat thermometer — internal temp should reach 165°F near the bone.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan lined with parchment or foil.

Bake for 45–55 minutes, flipping once halfway. Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for extra char if desired.

Stovetop + Oven Finish:

Sear chicken skin-side down in a hot pan for 5–7 minutes, then transfer to a 375°F oven for 30–40 minutes until fully cooked.

Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with rice, roasted plantains, mango slaw, or your favorite sides.
