Cuban Grilled Chicken Recipe
Cuban grilled chicken, or 'Pollo a la Parrilla,' is a culinary delight that captures the essence of Cuban cuisine. Tender chicken is marinated in a zesty blend of citrus, garlic, herbs, and spices, infusing it with tantalizing flavors.

INGREDIENTS
- 1- 2 lbs boneless chicken (thighs
or breasts), cleaned and patted dry - 1 Tbsp TRUFLAVOR SEASONING CUBAN MOJO BELND or TRUFLAVOR SEASONING CUBAN SPICY MOJO BLEND
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
(about 1 large lemon)
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, mix the TruFlavor Cuban Mojo seasoning, olive oil, and
fresh lemon juice until well combined. - Add the cleaned, dry chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard any excess liquid. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and it has a nice char.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve as-is, or enjoy in tacos, salads, grain bowls, or wraps.
