Garlic Thyme Salmon with Fresh Lemon Recipe
Garlic peppered thyme salmon with lemon is a flavorful dish featuring tender salmon fillets coated with garlic, black pepper, and thyme. INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb Wild Atlantic salmon
- 2 Tbsp TRUFLAVOR SEASONINGS SALMON AND SEAFOOD BLEND
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
DIRECTIONS
For Baking
Set the oven to 425 degrees. Pat dry salmon with a clean towel. Drizzle oil over the salmon and sprinkle the seasoning over all sides of the salmon. Cut lemon into thin slices and place on top of the salmon. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Set the broiler and broil until desired crisp and color (about 2 minutes).
For Pan Frying Little Bites
Heat the olive oil in a medium size pan over medium high heat. Cut The salmon into bite size pieces. Sprinkle Salmon Blend all over, then cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through and desired crisp. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with lemon and serve.
