Seared Garlic Lemon swordfish
Juicy, golden-seared Garlic Lemon Swordfish made in under 20 minutes. Fresh lemon, garlic, and butter come together for a bright, flavorful dinner that tastes gourmet but cooks fast.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 swordfish steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 3 tbsp,Shrimp Scampi Blend
- 2 tbsp ghee or olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Rub the Shrimp Scampi Blend evenly on all sides of the swordfish
steaks.
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 2 tbsp ghee or olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Place swordfish in the hot pan and sear for about 2 minutes without moving,
until golden.
4. Carefully turn the steaks over. Immediately pour the lemon juice over the fish.
5. Transfer the skillet to a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven and cook for 5–6
minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from oven, let rest for 2
minutes, then serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.

want a richer finish, spoon the pan juices over the fish just before serving.
