Steak Marinade Recipe
Flavorful blend of garlic, ginger and spices mixed with fresh citrus and soy sauce gives you a robust combination of flavors you are going to want to try!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds of steak.
- 2 Tbsp TRUFLAVOR RUSTIC STEAK SEASONING BLEND
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil ( only needed for lean cuts of meat)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then add the steak.
- Marinate on counter for 30 minutes prior to grilling. discard excess marinade.
TIPS:
Pat dry your meat so it can better absorb the marinade.
Meat that is cooked cold will not cook even. Always leave your steak to rest on counter for 30 minutes before cooking.
If pan frying instead of grilling, use half the ingredients and discard excess marinade.
Marinade works best for tougher cuts of meats, for fattier cuts use as a dry rub.
