Seared Garlic Lemon Swordfish

Tender, flaky swordfish seared to golden perfection, infused with fresh garlic, zesty lemon, and a buttery finish. This quick and elegant dish comes together in under 15 minutes, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. Serve with roasted veggies, pasta, or a crisp salad for a restaurant-worthy seafood meal at home.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 swordfish steaks (1” thick)
  • 3 tbsp Shrimp Scampi Blend
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp ghee or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rub Shrimp Scampi Blend evenly over both sides of the swordfish.
  2. Heat ghee or olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear swordfish for 2 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté
    30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour lemon juice over the fish, then transfer skillet to a 400°F oven for 5–6 minutes, or until the
    internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Let rest 2 minutes. Spoon the pan juices over the top before serving.


Pro Tip: The pan juices? That’s liquid gold. Serve it over veggies,
pasta, or rice for extra flavor.
